Designed to last a lifetime, the Nina & Beni chair is made from 100% sustainably sourced American hardwoods.
About fifteen are made each year, steam-bent by hand in the Madrid workshop, keeping off-cut waste to a minimum and making the most of the beauty and strength of solid wood.
Made in an annual numbered edition. Each piece is stamped with a metal MARINOMAZA stamp and its number and year, for example 5/10, 2017.
It is inspired by wooden boatbuilding, whose efficient, beautiful forms follow the grain of the wood with little waste.
